Terms of Service

Last updated: April 8, 2026. These terms govern your use of ClaimVox voice and communication AI services. Detailed commercial terms are set out in the master services agreement signed by each firm client.

1. Parties

These terms are between ClaimVox, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("ClaimVox") and the law firm or organization that has signed a ClaimVox order form or master services agreement ("Customer"). The order form or master services agreement controls in case of conflict with these public-facing terms.

2. Services

ClaimVox provides voice and communication AI agents that handle plaintiff-firm client conversations across the case lifecycle. Productized service tiers include After-Hours Call Handling, Interrogatories Agent, Contract Signing Agent, Dead Lead Reactivation, and Full Intake. Custom and high-volume workflows are scoped individually.

3. Term and termination

Unless otherwise stated in the order form, ClaimVox agreements run for an initial term of 12 months, with a 90-day evaluation period beginning at go-live. Customer may cancel at any time during the first 90 days for any reason. After the evaluation period, the term continues for the remainder of the 12 months. Either party may decline to renew at the end of the term by giving notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

4. Fees and payment

Customer pays a one-time setup fee and the monthly fee for the productized tiers selected, as set out in the order form. Setup fees are due at initiation. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Add-ons (e.g., document generation, dedicated AI seats) are billed monthly in arrears. Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by law.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate firm and case information necessary for agent configuration
  • Approving the disclosures and scripts that ClaimVox uses on its behalf
  • Providing valid lead lists and CRM access where required by the workflow
  • Complying with all applicable laws governing legal practice and client communication
  • Promptly notifying ClaimVox of opt-out requests, complaints, or compliance concerns

6. Compliance and consent

ClaimVox runs every interaction with the Customer's approved disclosures. Consent is captured, logged, and refreshed automatically. Opt-outs propagate immediately. Customer remains responsible for the legal sufficiency of its disclosures and for the legality of the contact lists it provides.

7. Data ownership and use

Customer owns its CRM data, call recordings, and transcripts. ClaimVox is granted a limited license to use that data solely to operate the services for Customer, comply with legal obligations, and improve the agents Customer has deployed. Customer's data is not used to train public AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

ClaimVox retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, models, software, and underlying intellectual property used to deliver the services. Customer retains all rights in its own data and content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and to use confidential information only to perform under these terms. Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimVox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ClaimVox does not provide legal advice and the services do not constitute a substitute for the Customer's professional judgment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. ClaimVox's aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the fees paid by Customer to ClaimVox in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas for any disputes arising under these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

ClaimVox may modify, amend, replace, or discontinue any portion of these terms at any time, in our sole discretion, and without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and you are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Commercial terms set out in a signed order form or master services agreement are not changed by updates to these public terms unless the order form expressly says so.
